The Silent Leader

I was never the guy who participated in hackathons or built complex tech projects for competitions. My true interest has always been administration, leadership, and creating real change on the ground level .     B ack when I started college, I saw a pattern—students focused on just technical skills , but very few worked on networking, leadership, and personal growth .
